The TLT program is for those in grades 9-12 who wish to advance into leadership position. This program is a four-year course designed to include all aspects of Pathfinder Club management, programming and operations, and is designed to encourage teens to explore and develop their talents in leadership, planning and social skills. There are two different programs that Pathfinder teens can participate in, the Teen Leadership Program (TLT) which is a product of the North American Division Pathfinder Council and the Teen Counselor Program (TC) which is implemented by Southeastern California Conference. Both programs are optional and some Pathfinder teens may choose not to take part or may not be ready for leadership roles or handle responsibilities.
